-Pre-order any day until 11:59 pm the night before your show to get a pre-order discount or order after the show until Friday 11:59 pm. All photo galleries will expire at midnight on Friday after the show.

-Video links start going out by THURSDAY after your show, and may take up to 10 business days.

Order after the show until Friday 11:59pm. All photo galleries expire at midnight on Friday after the show.

It’s simple!
Just choose the package you want, add the photos, and use the code you already have. You will receive a discount, and only pay the remaining balance.
Please note that here is no sharing or splitting packages between shows or competitors.

Even if you pre-order, you need to choose the package you want, and add the photos to the package. The system will charge you individual photo prices and not package prices.

FitX Imagery is not responsible for the livestream. Please reach out to the live stream company for all questions regarding livestream.

We don’t!
When the photos are ready, you can visit the site and view ALL your photos. Then you can choose your favorites by selecting the heart on the top-right corner of each photo and purchase the package that best fits your needs.

We offer different packages from 5 photos up to 50 photos.
Or you can order individual digital images or prints, all from the photo gallery.

Our system is designed to allow duplicates, so if you choose the same photo more than once, it will count towards your total number of photos.

You can order individual photos, from the gallery, but the packages are a better value. There are no pre-order discounts for individual digitals or printed photos.

Order Placed from Gallery
Please allow up to 10 hours to receive your photos. If you don’t see them, be sure to check your spam and promotional folders.
If you still don’t see the email, please contact us using this form. The more information we have, the easier it will be for us to assist you.
Pre-Ordered
If you pre-ordered your photos, you will need to visit the gallery and choose your favorite photos.
We sent you an email that includes your promo code as soon as the gallery was ready. Follow the directions from that email to complete your purchase and receive your photos.

-They are NOT meant for websites, magazines, business cards etc.

When purchasing photos from our website, please note the following:
Standard Photos.
Our main obligation to the federation is to provide straight-on photographs of competitors.Extra Shots.
Any additional angles or styles, such as side, low angle, back shots, and artistic effects (like reflection, flares, or star lens), are included at no extra cost.Exclusive Offer.
We are the only studio that offers these styles of photographs globally for each competitor on stage.Photo Selection.
Be sure to carefully select your photos to ensure you are happy with your choices.Watermark Removal.
The only change to the photo after purchase is the removal of the watermark that says:
"This photograph has not been paid for.”
